Manilla Road was an American heavy metal band formed in Wichita, Kansas in 1977. Considered pioneers of the power metal genre, they influenced numerous subsequent bands with their epic sound and fantasy lyrics. Among the most representative songs are "Metal Warriors", "The Deluge" and "Crystal Logic".
