James Kern Kyser, conosciuto semplicemente come Kay Kyser, è stato un musicista e conduttore radiofonico statunitense nato a 1905 a New York City. Noto per il suo stile musicale swing, ha guidato la sua orchestra, i "Kay Kyser's Kollege of Musical Knowledge", durante gli anni quaranta, diventando una delle figure più popolari della musica americana dell'epoca. La sua trasmissione radiofonica, "The Kay Kyser Show", era un grande successo e contribuì a diffondere il genere swing in tutto il paese.
