The Juliana Theory is an American rock band from Pennsylvania. Formed in 1997 by Joshua Fiele (vocals) and Neil Hebrank (guitar), the lineup was completed by Chad Monticue (bass), Jeremy Momper (drums) and Brett Detar (keyboards).
