I Sümelga sono un gruppo musicale italiano formatosi nel febbraio 2023. Il loro debutto avviene con il singolo "Fuori c'è la nebbia", prodotto dall'etichetta Moonrecordbs, fondata da Mirko Scarpellini, produttore e ideatore del gruppo. La formazione iniziale comprende Scarpellini stesso, il bassista Leonardo Rizzo (Leo Rizz) e il cantante Matteo Loda. Fin dalle prime fasi della loro carriera, i Sümelga si distinguono per la capacità di reinventarsi continuamente, mescolando influenze diverse e sperimentando nuove direzioni musicali. La loro crescita artistica è evidente nella pubblicazione di brani con sonorità ricercate e nella collaborazione con artisti esterni, dimostrando una versatilità che li rende unici nel panorama musicale indipendente. Nel 2024, la band si amplia con l'ingresso di Iacopo "Nopi" Bertolini alle percussioni e Anthony Valentino alle chitarre, apportando nuova energia al loro sound. A novembre dello stesso anno, i Sümelga collaborano con l'etichetta milanese PaKo Music Records, ampliando la propria visibilità e raggiungendo un pubblico più ampio. Con una produzione musicale che spazia tra generi e atmosfere, il progetto si afferma come una delle realtà più promettenti della scena musicale indipendente italiana. Tra i brani rappresentativi ricordiamo "Fuori c'è la nebbia", "[inserire titolo brano]" e "[inserire titolo brano]".
