Markus Schulz è un DJ e produttore musicale tedesco di trance, nato a 1973 a Dortmund. Attualmente risiede a Miami, in Florida. Considerato uno dei pionieri della musica trance moderna, Schulz ha raggiunto fama internazionale grazie al suo stile energico e melodico, caratterizzato da synth pulsanti, ritmi ipnotici e atmosfere epiche. La sua carriera musicale è iniziata negli anni '90 con la creazione del suo primo album, "In Search of Sunrise", che ha segnato un punto di svolta nel genere trance.
