Tom Fogerty (Thomas Richard Fogerty; Berkeley, 9 novembre 1941 – Scottsdale, 6 settembre 1990) è stato un musicista statunitense, noto soprattutto come chitarrista dei Creedence Clearwater Revival. Era il fratello maggiore di John Fogerty, cantante e chitarrista principale della band. Tom ha contribuito in modo significativo alla sonorità rock del gruppo, caratterizzata da riff bluesy e arrangiamenti country-rock. Dopo la dissoluzione dei Creedence Clearwater Revival nel 1972, Tom ha intrapreso una carriera solista con scarso successo commerciale.
