ohGr è un duo musicale formatosi nel 1990 da Nivek Ogre, già frontman di Skinny Puppy, e dal musicista/ingegnere Mark Walk. Sebbene la provenienza dei membri del gruppo possa suggerire sonorità industrial, le prime uscite di ohGr si discostano da questo genere, attingendo a influenze hip-hop ed electro-pop con strutture più convenzionali e un tono più leggero. A partire dall'album *Devils In My Details*, ohGr adotta un sound più aggressivo e non lineare di musica elettronica. Nivek Ogre è noto per la sua voce potente e inquietante, mentre Mark Walk si occupa della produzione e degli arrangiamenti elettronici.
