The Magic Numbers are a British indie pop band formed in London in 2004. The core members are siblings Romeo and Michele Stodart, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist and bassist respectively, along with siblings Sean and Angela Gannon, drummer and keyboardist/percussionist. Romeo, born in Trinidad and raised between New York and London, met Sean during his time in the capital. Together they began composing the foundations of the band, which was later completed by the addition of Michele and Angela. Their debut album, self-titled "The Magic Numbers", was released in August 2005 and received critical acclaim. In 2006 they released their second album, "Those the Brokes", further solidifying their presence in the British indie music scene. The band is known for its catchy melodies, vocal harmonies, and folk-pop atmosphere that characterizes their songs. Among their most notable successes are "Love Me Like You Do", "I See You Everywhere" and "Forever Lost".
