The Surfaris are an American surf rock band formed in Glendora, California, in 1962. Considered one of the pioneers of the surf rock genre, they achieved international fame with their single "Wipe Out", which became a cultural anthem and a timeless classic. The group consists of Jim Fuller (guitar), Bob Berryhill (drums) and Ron Wilson (bass).
