Antonio Aguilar (José Pascual Antonio Aguilar Márquez Barraza), noto come "El Charro de México", è stato un cantautore, attore e produttore cinematografico messicano nato il 19 maggio 1917 a Parral, Chihuahua. Considerato uno dei più grandi interpreti della musica ranchera messicana, ha venduto oltre 25 milioni di album durante la sua lunga carriera, che si è estesa dal 1940 fino alla sua morte nel 2000. Aguilar ha interpretato anche in oltre 167 film, consolidando il suo status di icona culturale del Messico.
