Aya Ueto (???, Ueto Aya) è un'attrice, cantante e modella giapponese, nata a Nerima, Tokyo, il 10 agosto 1985. È stata scoperta partecipando al 7° concorso nazionale di bellezza giovanile del Giappone, dove ha vinto il premio speciale della giuria. Ha debuttato come attrice all'età di tredici anni nel film "Satsujinsha Killer of Paraiso". Nel 1999, insieme ad altre partecipanti al concorso di bellezza Mami Nejiki, Mai Fujiya e Manami Nishiwaki, ha formato il gruppo femminile Z-1, che non ha avuto successo. La sua performance accolta con favore dalla critica le ha portato a ruoli principali in drammi televisivi e campagne pubblicitarie, affermandosi come una delle facce più riconoscibili del Giappone.
