Davide Rinaldo, noto come Brai, è un compositore e cantante italiano nato a Reggio Emilia nel 1991. La sua passione per la musica rock nasce in tenera età grazie al fratello maggiore chitarrista. Nel corso degli anni impara a suonare chitarra, batteria e pianoforte. A 18 anni entra a far parte di una band rock-progressive come batterista, esibendosi in locali di Reggio Emilia e provincia. Due anni più tardi, spinto dalla necessità di esprimere la propria creatività, crea il progetto musicale solista Brai. Nel 2018 si costruisce un home studio e pubblica il suo primo singolo, “CazzoGridi”, firmando un contratto con l'etichetta reggiana “Artisti Online”. Seguono altri due singoli, “Rettiliano” e “Psyco-Pop”, che riscuotono successo su Spotify. Nel dicembre 2020 pubblica il suo primo album, autoprodotto e distribuito, contenente quattro inediti. Dopo un anno lascia l'etichetta per motivi interni. Compone le sigle di due programmi radiofonici/televisivi e nel 2021 vince Artistiemergentimusiccontest, ottenendo la produzione e pubblicazione del brano “Soliti Pensieri”. Nel 2022 pubblica il secondo album, “Prega x Me”, collaborando con artisti del panorama musicale indipendente. Brai si distingue per un sound rock alternativo caratterizzato da sonorità elettroniche e testi introspettivi.
