Donato Battaglia, noto come Dodi Battaglia, è un chitarrista, cantautore e compositore italiano nato a Roma nel 1954. È considerato uno dei più importanti musicisti italiani del panorama rock e pop degli anni '80 e '90. Iniziò la sua carriera suonando con diverse band locali prima di entrare a far parte dei Pooh nel 1979, sostituendo il chitarrista storico Roby Facchinetti. Con i Pooh ha contribuito alla stesura di numerosi successi, tra cui "Uomini soli", "Anima mia" e "Il cielo in una stanza". Dopo aver lasciato i Pooh nel 1993, Dodi Battaglia ha intrapreso una carriera solista pubblicando diversi album di successo. È noto per il suo stile chitarristico innovativo e la sua capacità di comporre melodie orecchiabili. Tra le sue canzoni più famose ci sono "La mia vita", "Non ho paura" e "Il mio amore". Dodi Battaglia ha collaborato con numerosi artisti italiani, tra cui Laura Pausini, Eros Ramazzotti e Zucchero Fornaciari.
