In April 2022, he released "Alen", an autobiographical song that touches on personal themes such as family, love, friendship, and distance from Bosnia. The track achieved huge success on TikTok, amplifying his popularity and solidifying his name in the Italian rap scene. Doppelgänger collaborated with Dafina Zeqiri, an Albanian-Kosovar singer, and RØN, a Kosovan artist, for a musical project that culminated in the single "Drop Top". The song was successful both in Albania and Italy. The artist is particularly active on TikTok, where he has over 770 thousand followers.
