Francesco Bolognesi è un cantautore italiano nato a Roma il 5 maggio 1982. Pur avendo completato gli studi di giurisprudenza, la sua passione per la musica lo ha sempre guidato. Inizia a suonare in gruppi durante il liceo e nel 2007 intraprende la carriera solista. Bolognesi è un artista poliedrico che collabora anche come speaker in diverse radio. Nel 2008 partecipa alla cerimonia di chiusura dei XXV Giochi Special Olympics di Roma, mentre l'anno successivo viene selezionato tra i finalisti di Sanremo Lab 2009. Nel 2011 inizia a collaborare con Giuseppe Mangiaracina e Maurizio Filardo della MAFI Production, che lo portano alla New Music International per la realizzazione del suo primo EP. La sua musica è caratterizzata da un sound pop/rock influenzato dai cantautori italiani degli anni '90. Le sue canzoni esplorano temi come l'amore, le incertezze e le paure dei giovani, con una sensibilità che tocca le corde dell'emozione del pubblico. Il suo singolo di lancio "Se io fossi" è un esempio perfetto della sua capacità di raccontare le emozioni umane in modo autentico.
