Il Muro is an Italian alternative rock band formed in Milan in spring 2019. The original core of the group consists of Massimiliano Miglino (rhythm guitar and vocals), Matteo Traficante (lead guitar and backing vocals) and Fabio Gorla (drums). Initially, the project was based on arrangements of songs composed by Massimiliano. Fabio's entry brought a new dimension to the band's sound, influencing their musical style towards a more energetic and rhythmic sound. With the addition of Francesco Lorenzo (bass), the lineup was completed, achieving a full and balanced sound. The name "Il Muro" represents the strength and determination of the group in building a unique and recognizable sound. Despite the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, Il Muro released the singles "Verità", "Dieci" and "Cambio e Denuncia". In July 2021, the band made their live debut at Barrio's in Milan.
