Kid è un artista toscano nato il 06 Novembre del 2000. Appassionato di musica fin da ragazzino, prevalentemente di rap e delle sonorità provenienti dalla cultura Hip Hop, inizia a comporre le prime barre su un type beat inviatogli da un amico, per pura curiosità. Da quel momento, prende il via un percorso di ricerca, introspezione e sperimentazione, che lo porta, nel Gennaio 2021, alla realizzazione del suo primo singolo, "Pills" (feat. Diablo Baby), a cui segue, pochi mesi più in là, la seconda release, "Un'ora" (feat. KAYLER). Nell'estate dello stesso anno, Kid mette in luce le sue skill e la sua versatilità in "Astroboy", un brano, prodotto da Kevin Payne e liberamente ispirato al Manga di Osamu Tezuka, che confronta l'eroe di Atom Taishi e la sua accezione di irraggiungibilità con la quotidianità di un giovane uomo appartenente alla Generazione Z che si misura con il mondo, i suoi coetanei, i suoi sogni e le sue aspettative e, proprio nella figura di quel protagonista della sua infanzia, così inarrivabile, ritrova il fascino della sorpresa, dello stupore e della meraviglia. Un intenso viaggio astrale di soli due minuti, un percorso serrato in bilico tra la dimensione onirica e quella reale, che consacra Kid alla discografia italiana.
