Luvespone, whose real name is Guido Savatteri, is a Sicilian-born reggae singer who holds a degree in Modern Philology and is passionate about digital communication. His musical journey began in 2008 with the founding of the Reggae Connection project, born from his love for the genre and the desire to spread its music through various channels. Initially, he performed as a vocalist during vinyl DJ sets by the Reggae Connection, honing his interpretive skills and delving into the diverse nuances of reggae music. Between 2012 and 2017, he collaborated with artist MicroRico, releasing the mixtape "Mattone su Mattone" and the album "Io Resto Qua", which allowed him to perform at important Sicilian events such as "One Day Music", "BeatFull Festival" and "Sicily Music Village". He also opened concerts for national and international reggae artists like Alborosie, General Levy, Mellow Mood, Africa Unite, Mama Marjas, Shakalab, BoomDaBash, Sud Sound System and Brusco. In 2020, he joined Maqueta Records and released "Time taking over", "Ubriachi fino alle tre feat. Tarsia" and "Un pò più a Sud", anticipating a new musical project characterized by reggae sounds contaminated with pop, electronic and black music influences. This was followed by the single "Pioggia su di me", accompanied by a video directed by Fernando Alba.
