Mariangela Ungaro is an Italian composer and pianist born in Milan. After graduating in piano from the International Music Academy of Milan, she perfected herself with masters such as L Barman and B. Petrushanskij. She dedicates herself to the concert career both as a soloist and in chamber and orchestral formations, winning prestigious national and international piano competitions. At the same time, she studies composition under Sandro Gorli and Sonia Bo at the G. Verdi Conservatory of Milan, graduating with full marks in Experimental Composition. She specializes in composing music for films, winning the III° Nascimbene prize and collaborating with emerging directors. Her works have been performed in prestigious venues such as the Sala Verdi at the Conservatory, the Sala Puccini and the Teatro Cagnoni di Vigevano. In addition to music, Mariangela Ungaro also stands out in the literary field, winning the "Superprestige" award at the Shakespeare Prize for various sections, from novel writing to poetry. She has worked as an assistant director, audio-video technician, consultant and music critic (including Assisi-Rassegna per Cinecittà with F. Zeffirelli), arranger and producer of emerging singer-songwriters. Since the age of 19, she has been a teacher in the humanities area at state school. Emanuele Contreras is an eclectic artist with extensive experience in the musical and technological world. He studied piano, percussion, composition, drums and jazz singing. He graduated as a sound technician in Milan and collaborated with artists such as Jo Squillo, Biagio Antonacci, Dik Dik and Rossovivo. In 1993 he produced the album "Prima di subito" for WEA, collaborating on the arrangements with Candelo Cabesas (Litfiba). The group played as a special guest in Vasco Rossi's "Gli spari sopra" tour and participated in the Festivalbar. In 1997 he composed, produced and sold 10 original baroque music pieces commissioned by Theleme Multimedia. He arranged and recorded some tracks for Ambra Orfei, used for theatrical performances. In 1999 he studied html and computer graphics, graduating as a 3D technician with Newtek. He carried out works in computer graphics in the fields of architecture, design and television commercials. In 2006 he founded the Ratafià, a tribute band to Conti. In 2009 he began a solid collaboration with Mariangela Ungaro, composing music for several Italian films. In 2010 he opened Stardust Artistic Studios, which deals with audio-video production.
