Ha esordito ufficialmente nella scena musicale partecipando al Battiti Live su Italia 1 con il singolo Time Machine nel 2021 ma è salito alla ribalta nel 2022 in seguito alla partecipazione sul palco del Primo Maggio. Nato a Bari, viene registrato al'anagrafe con il nome di Michele Zotta. Già da piccolo si avvicina al mondo della musica e nel 2016, grazie ad un suo amico d'infanzia, entra nel mondo cantautorale formando il suo primo gruppo: Miki e Pepo, ispirandosi al loro beniamini: Benji e Fede ed i Sonohra. Nel 2017 abbandona la formazione e prosegue in maniera solista formando il progetto: MIKI, pubblicando così nel 2018 il suo primo album: Offline, ottenendo un discreto successo ma permettendogli di aprire alcuni eventi dedicati alle webstars in tutta Italia; distrutto dai risultati e dopo un periodo di pausa, nel 2019 con l'avvento della piattaforma: TikTok, esce il suo secondo album: Non Mollerò, portandolo alla viralità tra i giovani ed in varie playlist editoriali su Spotify. Nel 2020 viene notato dall'etichetta discografica: Sony Music Italia, pubblicando cosi il suo primo vero e proprio singolo estivo: Balla ed in seguito: Time Machine, permettendogli di accedere, nel 2021, al palco del Battiti Live in onda su Italia 1, portandogli ulteriore notorietà a livello social. Nel 2022 cambia nome in: Miki Spire e torna a far parlare di sé in seguito all'uscita del suo nuovo singolo: Ansia ed alla sua partecipazione al Concertone del Primo Maggio, in estate ha girato l'Italia per il suo primo tour musicale.
