PlatoNico, whose real name is Nicolas Neri, is an Italian singer-songwriter born in the province of Ravenna on March 3, 1998. Raised alone with his mother, he experienced a difficult childhood and adolescence, finding solace in music and writing as an outlet for his inner turmoil. Solitary, shy, and introverted, he finds in music the desire to emerge from his suffering, to express his intentions to the world, and to transform pain into a new beginning. In 2021, he released «28 Aprile», his first official release, which demonstrates the intense emotionality of his writing. In 2022, «Vita Stretta» and «Le Tue Fragilità» followed. A few months later, he signed his first record deal with PaKo Music Records, releasing in October «Sharks Land», an electro-pop-rock track in English, rich in ambient atmospheres. The theme of isolation, loneliness, and psycho-emotional dissociation is addressed with delicacy, describing inner disintegration as a means of reconnecting with oneself. PlatoNico transforms while remaining true to himself in a journey marked by experimentation, fusions of genres and styles, soul and heart.
