Francesco Gabbani, noto semplicemente come Trikobalto, è un cantautore e polistrumentista italiano nato a Carrara nel 1980. Dopo aver studiato musica al conservatorio di Lucca, si trasferisce a Milano dove inizia la sua carriera musicale collaborando con diversi artisti indipendenti. Nel 2015 pubblica il suo album di debutto "Magellano", che lo porta alla notorietà nazionale grazie al singolo "Amen". Il brano diventa un successo internazionale e gli conferisce il premio come miglior artista emergente ai Wind Music Awards. Gabbani è noto per la sua musica originale, caratterizzata da ritmi jazz, funk e pop, con testi spesso ironici e satirici che affrontano temi sociali e culturali contemporanei. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Occidentali's Karma", "Tra le nuvole" e "La vita è bella".
