Vincenzo Addonisio, noto artisticamente come VINS, nasce a Latina il 2 maggio 1980. Cresciuto in una famiglia di origini campane appassionata di musica classica e cantautori italiani come Claudio Villa, Beniamino Gigli e Maria Callas, la passione per la musica emerge fin da giovane. A 13 anni inizia ad esibirsi nel coro della scuola, a 19 anni si unisce ai primi gruppi musicali e partecipa alle prime serate live. A 20 anni inizia a suonare la chitarra e comporre i suoi primi brani. La sua avventura musicale prosegue con il basso, strumento che gli permette di collaborare con numerosi gruppi e di esibirsi in locali importanti come Locanda Blues, Contestaccio, Alkatraz e Felt Music Club, a Latina e Roma. Tra le sue esperienze più significative, la partecipazione alla cover band di Vasco Rossi, Roxy Bar Band, condividendo il palco con musicisti di alto livello come Marco Biniero, Marco Lombardo e Roberto Segala. Nel 2006 ha l'onore di suonare con Claudio Golinelli (il Gallo), bassista del grande rocker. Nel 2006, con il brano “Tormenti del Passato” (testo e musica di VINS), duettato con Emiliano Valverde, partecipa a Boy Band, concorso organizzato da Radio Luna, arrivando in finale e aggiudicandosi il premio della critica nel 2007. Nel 2008, un deficit tensorio delle corde vocali lo costringe a interrompere la carriera di cantante e ad entrare come bassista nel gruppo pop-rock Idem. Nel 2010, superato il problema vocale, forma la sua band e inizia a comporre nuovi brani. Attualmente sta lavorando all'EP e ai video musicali. Nel frattempo, ha partecipato a tournée in Francia come bassista con un gruppo pontino.
