Gli Amici del Bufu' sono un gruppo folk italiano formatosi nel 2002, composto da dieci elementi. Il nome deriva dagli strumenti musicali che caratterizzano il loro repertorio: i bufù, delle botti di legno chiuse con pelli o tela e dotate di una canna centrale. Il suono viene prodotto strofinando la canna con una pezza di lana inumidita, creando vibrazioni che riproducono un ritmo particolare. Il gruppo si è esibito in numerosi festival di musica popolare a livello nazionale ed internazionale, ottenendo un buon successo. La direzione artistica è affidata al maestro Antonio Colonnesi. Le bande di bufù rappresentano una tradizione musicale del Molise, con origini popolari legate ai riti di passaggio tra l'antico e il nuovo anno. Le bande tradizionali sono composte da circa venti persone in costume storico, con una sezione ritmica ottenuta da strumenti poveri e autoprodotti. Il repertorio degli Amici del Bufu' si ispira al mondo contadino e pastorale. Tra i brani più rappresentativi: 'Serenata Molise', 'La Danza del Bufù', 'Il Canto della Luna'.
