Chiara Morelli, nota artisticamente come Kloer, è una cantautrice italiana nata a Thiene il 10 gennaio 2000. La sua passione per la musica inizia all'età di 12 anni durante le scuole medie, dove frequenta l'indirizzo musicale imparando a suonare il flauto traverso e approfondendo le proprie conoscenze musicali. Parallelamente, si dedica al mondo del musical presso una scuola di danza, debuttando nel ruolo di protagonista in Grease. Nel corso degli anni, Kloer partecipa a numerosi musical come Peter Pan, Il mago di Oz e Cats, collaborando con registi e insegnanti di canto come Luca Giacomelli Ferrarini. Nel 2014 si classifica in finale al concorso Musical IL Concorso a Firenze e partecipa al Tour Music Fest, dove tiene uno stage con Mogol e altri artisti. Nel 2015 si classifica tra i primi 5 concorrenti al Piramidi Talent Show con Valerio Scanu come giudice e canta alla Fiera del Mobile di Milano. Nel 2016 collabora con BLR (Black Label Records) e inizia a scrivere canzoni, collaborando con artisti come Bertoncini, Simone Piccoli, Cheryl Porter e Franco Tufano. Nel maggio 2018 esce il suo primo singolo "L'alba di un anno fa" come artista indipendente. Nel 2019 pubblica il singolo "Tu sei chi sei". Kloer continua a cantare in eventi live, partecipare a musical e lavorare alla realizzazione di nuove canzoni.
