Fobia is a Mexican rock band formed in Mexico City in 1987. Their main musical genre is Latin alternative rock, with influences of new wave and punk. Fobia achieved great popularity throughout Latin America in the 1990s thanks to hits like "El Baile de la Cumbia", "No Me Importa" and "Amor Chiquito". The band has released several studio albums, including "Fobia" (1992), "Originales: 20 Exitos" (1994) and "Wow" (1997).
