In our quest to reach our goal
Many a stories we've been told
Traveled the world, seen with our eyes
Strong emotion comin' down, down, down, yeah
24-7-365, natty dreadlocks staying alive
24-7-365, staying away from the war and strife
24-7-365, reggae music a bubblin' me
24-7-365, goin' to set the whole world free
There is no secrets to our madness
Now, who would believe natty dread rides again?
Labor of love, gift from above
Standing right before your eyes
24-7-365, natty dreadlocks staying alive
24-7-365, staying away from the war and strife
24-7-365, reggae music a bubblin' me24-7-365, goin' to set the whole world free
Yeah, yeah, it takes a strong man like you and me
To unite this reggae symphony
Music we give, that's the life we live
What was once a dream, now a reality, yeah
24-7-365, natty dreadlocks staying alive
24-7-365, staying away from the war and strife
24-7-365, reggae music a bubblin' me
24-7-365, goin' to set the whole world free
24-7-365, yeah
24-7-365, glory for the weary, yeah
24-7-365
(Labor of love, labor of love)
Natty dreadlocks rides again
24-7-365, oh, natty dreadlocks staying alive
24-7-365, staying away from the war and strife
24-7-365, reggae music a bubblin' me
24-7-365, goin' to set the whole world free

Inner Circle is a Jamaican reggae group formed in 1968 by brothers Ian and Roger Lewis. With Jacob Miller as their frontman and lead singer, the band was one of the most popular in Jamaica during the 1970s, and one of few reggae bands that performed live. They are known for their 1987 song "Bad Boys", which became the theme song for the long-running American television program COPS. Initially, the band covered soul and R and B hits from the United States, as well as a few reggae songs, primarily by Bob Marley. Some of their most representative tracks include "Bad Boys", "Sweat (A Little Bit of Monica)", "The Yard" and "Police and Thieves". The 1987 album "Black to the Future" marked a turning point for the band, bringing them greater international popularity.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
