Stone Sour is an American hard rock band formed in Des Moines, Iowa in 1992. The founding members are Corey Taylor (vocals), Joel Ekman (drums) and James Root (guitar). Over the years, the lineup has undergone several changes, with Shawn Economaki (bass) as a member until 2006. Among the band's most representative songs are "Bother", "Through Glass" and "Say You'll Haunt Me". Stone Sour has released seven studio albums, including their self-titled debut in 1998 and the acclaimed "Come What(ever) May" in 2006. Corey Taylor is also the frontman of the band Slipknot, with whom he has achieved international success.
