Agalloch is an American doom/folk metal band formed in Portland, Oregon in 1995. Led by vocalist and guitarist John Haughm, the band has released four limited EPs, three full-length albums, two demos, one split album, one compilation album and one live DVD. Agalloch's music is characterized by the use of dark ambient atmospheres, folk elements and black metal, creating a unique and evocative sound.
