Leandro Barsotti is an Italian singer-songwriter and journalist born in Rome in 1970. He graduated in Modern Literature from the University of La Sapienza in Rome, where he began his musical journey by participating in folk groups and singer-songwriters. He launched his music career in the 1990s with his debut album "Leandro Barsotti", followed by other works such as "My name is Leandro" (2001) and "Life is a Journey" (2005). Barsotti stands out for his introspective songwriting style, characterized by poetic lyrics and melancholic melodies. His songs often deal with themes of love, loss, loneliness, and the search for meaning in life. Among his most well-known tracks are "My House", "The Sky over Rome" and "A Day Together". Besides music, Barsotti also works as a music journalist for various Italian publications.
