Bela B., real name Dirk Albert Felsenheimer (born March 19, 1960 in Berlin), is a German musician, singer and actor known for being the frontman of the punk rock band Die Ärzte. Felsenheimer began his musical career in the 1970s with several local bands before forming Die Ärzte in 1982 with Farin Urlaub and Rod Delgado. The group achieved enormous success in Germany, becoming one of the most popular music groups in the country. Bela B. is known for his characteristic vocal style, energetic performances, and eccentric personality. Besides music, Bela B. has acted in several German films and television programs.
