Jeff Healey (Norman Jeffrey Healey) was a Canadian guitarist and singer born in Toronto in 1960. Known for his energetic blues rock style and exceptional guitar skills, Healey played standing up due to the congenital blindness that characterized him from birth. His musical career began in the 1980s with the Jeff Healey Band, achieving international success with their debut album *See the Light* (1989). The song *Angel Eyes*, taken from the album, reached the American charts and helped launch Healey into the world. Healey was also an actor, appearing in the film *Road House* (1989) with Patrick Swayze. His music has influenced generations of blues rock musicians and his guitar talent remains an example of skill and musical passion. Among his most representative songs are *Angel Eyes*, *I Think I Love You Too Much* and *While My Guitar Gently Weeps*. Healey passed away in 2008 due to pancreatic cancer.
