Bob Seger, born Robert Clark Seger (Detroit, May 6, 1945), is an American singer-songwriter and musician known for his rock music. Growing up in Dearborn, Michigan, he began his musical career in the 1960s playing with various local bands like The Decibels, The Town Criers, and Doug Brown and the Omens.
