Hellacopters are a Swedish garage rock band formed in Stockholm in 1994. The group, consisting of Nicke Andersson (vocals, guitar), Dregen (guitar), Robert Eriksson (bass) and Kenny Håkansson (drums), achieved considerable international success in the 1990s and 2000s with their energetic sound and irresistible guitar riffs. Influenced by bands like The Stooges, MC5 and Kiss, Hellacopters released seven studio albums, including "High Voltage Blues" (1997), "Payin' the Price" (2000) and "By the Grace of God". Their musical style is characterized by a mix of hard rock, punk rock and glam rock, with often ironic and self-deprecating lyrics.
