Dolores Mary Eileen O'Riordan (1971-2018) was an Irish singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band The Cranberries. Born in Limerick, Ireland, Dolores began her musical career in the 1980s with the group The Cranberry Saw Us. In 1990, the group transformed into The Cranberries, achieving international success with albums such as "No Need to Argue" (1994) and "To the Faithful Departed" (1996). O'Riordan's most famous songs include "Zombie", "Linger", "Dreams", and "Ode to My Family". Her powerful and emotive voice, combined with introspective lyrics and catchy melodies, made The Cranberries one of the most beloved bands of the 1990s.
