Simone Frulio (Milan, 1997) is an Italian singer-songwriter. He began his musical career at the age of ten, singing the theme song for "L'Ambrogino d'Oro", written by Toni Martucci. Between 2010 and 2011 he participated in three editions of the television program "Io Canto". In 2011, at the age of thirteen, he released the EP "Thirteen" and his first album, "Tutta un'altra musica", presented in numerous live concerts. That same year he received the AFI Award "Young Emerging Artist". In 2012 he opened the "Radio Italia Live" concert in Milan in front of over 100,000 people with the song "Unici e veri". He participated in music competitions in Romania and Ukraine, winning first prize in his category. In 2013 he participated in X-Factor 7 and a docu-reality produced by Simona Ventura for Sky. With the Freeboys he released three singles with videoclips and an album, followed by a summer tour. After the group disbanded, he began to compose lyrics and melodies expressing his emotions. In 2017 he collaborated with Paolo Paltrinieri, who took care of the arrangements and artistic direction of his album containing nine songs written by Simone and three pieces by important authors, giving greater depth to the project. In 2018, the single "Battito di mano" was released, accompanied by a video clip awarded at the Biella Film Festival. The singles "Niente di Buono" and "E non servono parole (#L)" followed, the latter in support of the Make-a-wish Italia Onlus association. Simone Frulio is a constantly evolving artist, with a promising career based on his passion for music and his ability to express authentic emotions.
