Biografia

Gigliola Cinquetti (Rome, 1947) is an Italian singer who achieved international success in the 1960s. After winning the Sanremo Music Festival in 1964 with the song "Non ho l'età", she represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest that same year, winning with the same song. This triumph opened doors to worldwide success, leading her to record albums in various languages and perform in prestigious theaters and venues across the globe. Among her most famous songs are "La mia casa", "Il mio cuore", "Un amore così grande" and "I tuoi occhi verdi". Her melodious voice and elegant stage presence have contributed to solidifying her status as an icon of Italian music.
