Circus of horrors / civilized

No ... No, no, no!
I've got something to say and you will listen
Gonna state my mind, state my position
Great white hunters, guns to their sides
Trigger happy bastards gunning for their hides
The destruction of life to satisfy their pride
Butchers on the hunt, the ones who kill for pay
Slaughtering helpless animals after day
The ones who kill for profit, the pelts that make them rich
To satisfy the wants of some self-righteous bitch
Killing of the innocent, the destruction of their lives
Done nothing wrong, just trying to survive
Animals are killed solely for their skins
While we sit back and watch it happen again
Civilized - that's what we're called
Civilized - no, not at all
How can we make such a claim
When to us killing's game ?
Bragging at the office about the ones they've killed
Glowing, thinking about all the blood they've spilled
See the gleam deep within their eyes
Satisfied that something has died
Civilized - that's what we've called
Civilized - no, not at all
How can we make such a claim
When to us killing's game ?
No - it's got to stop
When will it end
Can't turn away
And sit back
We call ourselves civilized
How can we be civilized
No way we are civilized
Who dares say we are
We call ourselves civilized
How can we be civilized
No way we are civilized
Who dares say we are
No - what have we done ?
What have we become ?
Can't believe my eyes
No, no more lies
We can't go on the way we have, it's time to turn around
Because of us all the dead lie scattered across the ground
We call ourselves civilized
How can we be civilized
No way we are civilized
Who dares say we are ...
