Ross The Boss è un chitarrista e cantante statunitense, noto soprattutto per essere stato il fondatore e leader della band heavy metal Manowar negli anni '80. Nel 1980, insieme a Joey DeMaio, ha formato i Manowar, diventando uno dei pilastri del movimento heavy metal statunitense.
