Jarabe de Palo è un gruppo musicale spagnolo di genere latin rock, attivo dal 1988 al 2017. Fondato da Pau Donés (1966-2020), cantante, chitarrista e compositore, il gruppo ha raggiunto grande successo in Spagna e in America Latina con la sua musica energica e contagiosa, caratterizzata da influenze latine, rock e pop.
