Er liegt in seiner Hängematte und hält sich seinen Bauch.
Er möchte überhaupt nix machen, denn er ist zu schlapp.
Diesen müden faulen Bären bringt so leicht wohl nix auf Trab.
Unser Bär hat gerade nur diesen einen Willen:
Er möchte nur da liegen, ja: Er möchte einfach chillen.
Aber plötzlich hört er von weitem einen Beat,
wodurch mit unsrem Bären ganz plötzlich was geschieht:
Der Bär groovt. Er wippt mit seinem linken Bein.

Der Bär groovt, und die Hängematte schaukelt hin und her,
denn der Bär, ja der Bär, der mag das Grooven wirklich sehr.

Der Rhythmus geht mir in die Beine. Da wipp ich gerne mit.
Dass wir Bären gerne grooven, das liegt einfach daran,
dass man dabei in der Hängematte liegenbleiben kann.
Es ist kinderleicht, wenn ihr euch auf den Rücken legt.
Aber passt gut auf, dass ihr euch nicht zu viel bewegt!?

Würden alle viel mehr grooven, das erkennt man doch sofort,
