Blood is my life
Blood is the road
Everytime I have to write another hate song
This is the last great hate song
Scorned is this life
Scared is my sole
Everytime I have to write another hate song
This is the last grate hate song
Lets get it out
Lets get it straight
I wish you were dead (2x)
Don't mistake kindness for weakness
Front and center for another ass kicking
Don't mistake survival forgivness
Front and center for another ass whoopin
I am the dog that forever bites back
Forever on attack watching my back (2x)
Die and die now
I wish you were dead (6x)
Feast your life
The beast the road
Everytime I have to write another hate song
This is the last great hate song
Let's get it out
Let's get it straight
I wish you were dead (2x)
Don't mistake mercy for forgivness
front and center for another life lesson
Don't forgive, dam sure don't forget
Dam sure, won't forget
I am the dog that forever bites back
Forever on attack watching my back (2x)
Die and die now
I wish you were dead (6x)
DIE
Curses from my life
Curses from my sole
This is the last great hate song (2x)
Dam sure won't forget ....DIE (4x)
DevilDriver is an American heavy metal band from Santa Barbara, California. Formed in 2002, the group features Dez Fafara, former vocalist of Coal Chamber, who, dissatisfied with the musical direction taken by his previous band, met some musicians with similar interests during a barbecue and a night at the bar. Fafara, along with guitarists Evan Pitts and Jeff Kendrick, bassist Jon Miller, and drummer John Boecklin, initially formed Deathride. Due to copyright issues and the name already being used by several bands, the group changed its name to DevilDriver, a reference to the bells used by Italian witches to ward off evil forces.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
