Duet with Elton John
I can't light no more of your darkness
all my pictures seam to fade to black and white
I'm growing tired and time stands still before me
frozen here on the ladder of my life
it's much to late to save myself from falling
I took a chance and changed the way of life
but you misread my meaning when I met you
closed the door and left me blinded by the light
chorus
Don't let the sun go down on me
although I search myself, it's always someone else I see
I'd just allow a fragment of your life to wander free
but losing everything is like the sun going down on me
I can't find oh, the right romantic line
but see me once and see the way I feel
don't discard me just because you think I mean you harm
but these cuts I have, oh they need love to help them heal

George Michael, born Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou (London, June 25, 1963 – London, December 25, 2016), was a British singer of pop, rock, soul and R and B music. With around 100 million records sold, he is one of the most successful British musical artists, both at home and abroad. Initially a member of the pop duo Wham!, he embarked on a successful solo career in 1987 with the album «Faith», which won two Grammy Awards in the United States (as an R and B artist, despite being white). The album was accompanied by a highly successful world tour. He subsequently released other albums such as «Listen Without Prejudice, Vol. 1» and «Older». After a period dedicated to performing live covers of songs by other artists (due to legal issues with his record label) and a brief personal crisis partly due to scandals related to his homosexuality, he returned to the spotlight in 2004 with the album «Patience». Among his most representative songs are «Faith», «Father Figure», «Freedom! '90» and «Careless Whisper».

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
