Blood Red Throne è una band di death metal proveniente da Kristiansand, in Norvegia. Attiva dal 1998, il gruppo si distingue per un sound brutale e aggressivo, caratterizzato da riff pesanti, blast beat veloci e growl gutturali. Tra i membri più noti figura Tchort (Lars Nedland), chitarrista di fama internazionale grazie alla sua esperienza con Emperor, una delle band black metal più influenti della scena norvegese.
