Sisqo, real name Mark Althavean Andrews, is an American singer and record producer born in 1978. Known primarily as the lead vocalist of the R and B group Dru Hill, he achieved international fame with the single "Thong Song" (1999), which became a global hit thanks to its infectious rhythm and its ironic celebration of female sensuality. Sisqo has collaborated with prominent artists such as Timbaland and Missy Elliott, contributing to defining the musical aesthetic of R and B in the 1990s and 2000s. Besides "Thong Song", some of his most representative songs include "The Thong Song" (1999), "Incomplete" (2000) and "Just Wanna Love You" (2001).
