La Renga is an Argentine alternative rock band active since 1989. Composed of Gustavo Cerati (vocals and guitar), Eduardo «El Chino» Rodríguez (bass) and Javier Martínez (drums), the trio achieved great success in Argentina and throughout Latin America with albums like *A donde me lleva la vida* (1992), *La Renga* (1994) and *La Esquina del Infinito* (1996).
