Made love all summer
Swindlers of the abyss
Never one bummer
Rock and roll kiss kiss kiss
It's the end of the summer
It's the end of summer
Now words are muttered
In a circus of solitude
Everything's shuttered
I can't get out of this groove
It's the end of the summer
It's the end of the summer
The madness of silence
That's what music is
Escape from the violence
This is where the void begins
It's the end of the summer
It's the end of the summer
Life here is murder
Everywhere else is suicide
To be is to be cornered
And we cant even go outside
Regrets lose their luster
In a carnival of time
And all you can muster
Bordering on sublime
It's the end of the summer
It's the end of the summer
