The All-American Rejects are an American pop rock band formed in Stillwater, Oklahoma, at the end of the 1990s. Their first EP was independently released in 2000, followed by a second EP, *Same Girl, New Songs*, in 2001. After touring with the EP, the band signed with Doghouse Records and their self-titled debut album was released in 2002.
