Ana Moura is a Portuguese fado singer, born in 1979 in Lisbon. Considered one of the most important contemporary artists of the genre, she has gained international fame for her powerful and emotive voice, capable of conveying the profound melancholy and poignant beauty of traditional fados. Her artistic journey began at the age of 10, performing in Lisbon venues.
