Telekinesis is the indie rock project of American singer-songwriter Michael Benjamin Lerner, active since 2008. Lerner, originally from Seattle, began releasing music online under the name Telekinesis in 2007, quickly gaining a large fanbase thanks to his sound characterized by catchy melodies and introspective lyrics. His debut album, *Telekinesis*, was released in 2008 and received positive reviews from critics.
